Fares

GA travelcards and Half Fare travelcards are accepted on scheduled services on Lake Zug and Lake Ägeri. Junior travelcards and Children's Co-Travelcards are also valid. There are no reduced fares on special cruises.

For individual boat routes, you can buy your ticket directly on board in line with the route fares.

30% discount on all scheduled cruises for groups of 10 or more persons. Please note that the group rate is only valid for a joint purchase by the group leader at the ticket office. Take some inspiration from our diverse range of group excursions and book some other exciting experiences with us.

Reservations are required for groups of 10 people or more (no seating guarantee).

Junior Travel Card and Children's Co-Travelcard

The price of the cruise does not apply when travelling with a GA travelcard, Junior Travel Card or Children's Co-Travelcard. With a Junior oder Children's Co-Travelcard children accompanied by an adult travelling for free. The cruise is free for children aged 1-5years. 

Pram

Nothing stands in the way of a family excursion with a pram on Zugersee Schifffahrt and Ägerisee Schifffahrt scheduled cruises. When bringing a baby carriage, we ask you to consider that the space on the motor ship Ägerisee is limited.

With the day pass for public transport + boat, you can enjoy unlimited travel for one day in all zones of the Zug fare network and also on Zugersee and Ägerisee Schifffahrt scheduled cruises.
Please note that these are not sold on board the boats and are only available for 2nd class. Price for adults CHF 49.00. Reduced price (Half Fare travelcard/children aged 6-15.99 years) CHF 25.50.

Flat rate: cruise for dogs CHF 5.00, to be paid on board.
Monthly/annual dog passes are accepted.

Exception: Dogs up to 30 cm at shoulder height (withers), cats and other tame animals may be carried on board in bags, baskets or other suitable containers as hand luggage at no charge.

General

The bicycle as well as Stand Up Paddle ticket costs CHF 5.– and is valid the whole day.
We now accept national transport tickets (Annual bike pass, day pass bike).

Bicycle trailers
Unhitchable trailers may always be transported free of charge. This applies regardless of whether the trailers are used to transport children or not. It is also irrelevant whether the trailer is transported together with a bicycle or individually.

Transport and liability

For reasons of space, no guarantee can be given for bicycle transport. In the event of a lack of space, the driving personnel will decide whether to take the bicycles along.
The transport companies decline any liability for damage to bicycles during transport.
