Knight's journey

The knight's cruise on Lake Ägeri has a new concept: a large puzzle box with six varied tasks awaits you on board. If you solve all the puzzles, you will crack the two locks – blue and red – and find the secret code word inside the box.

With Knight “Rotstrumpf” and his friends, a little adventure comes to the ship, which can be combined with an exciting trip to the Morgarten Trail and is full of puzzles. Then extend the knight adventure with a return trip on the ship to the Morgarten monument.

Offer details

The knights' cruise is suitable for children aged 6 to approx. 11 years. In general, this cruise takes place on the course afternoons on Wednesday and Friday at 1.15 pm and 3.15 pm from Unterägeri, or on the return journey at 2.21 pm and 4.26 pm from Morgarten Denkkmal. The offer can be booked daily during the Zug school holidays.

A puzzle box is ideal for 3 to max. 4 children.

Detailed information about the Knight Rotstrumpf can be found here.

Implementation

At the heart of the knight's quest is a large, themed puzzle box (in German) containing six coordinated tasks. Each task yields a number – together, these numbers form the code that unlocks the two padlocks (blue and red) on the small box inside. Whoever finds the correct code word and tells it to the sailor receives a small surprise as a reward. An experience for clever minds and puzzle-loving explorers.

Each child also receives a knight's booklet in German with more exciting puzzles and colouring pictures. In addition, each child can choose one of three different masks and paint it themselves.
